万向铰链波纹补偿器也称为万向铰链波纹伸缩节、万向铰链波纹膨胀节，是由两个或三个补偿器配套使用（单个使用铰链补偿器没有补偿能力），可以补偿管线任意平面内的角位移，铰链波纹补偿器广泛适用于化工、石油、热电、冶金，城市集中供热采暖等管网中，地沟和高空架设的管道。同时，便于管路设计，便于安装施工。

　　万向铰链波纹补偿器可以吸收三维方向的变形量，也可吸收任意方向的位移，主要用于电厂锅炉送粉管道，吸收锅炉炉膛向下热膨胀和炉膛的横向膨胀及送粉管道的热位移。本补偿器一般装设在燃烧器入口的水平或垂直送粉管道上。规格系列DN100~DN6000，系列外的规格，可向我厂另行订货。

　　万向铰链波纹补偿器同时吸收轴向位移X、横向位移Y.应满足X≤XO,Y≤YO.参数表中所列的轴向补偿量主要为压缩位移。疲劳寿命≥1000次。
